WHY: At 9:00am. Feb. 22nd, Federal Court Judge David Ezra will be hearing the case brought by `Ilio`ulaokalani, Nā `Imi Pono, and Kipuka against the U.S. military for their failure to comply with U.S. environmental laws in their plans to make Hawai`i the training grounds for 291 Stryker urban assault vehicles. On O`ahu and Hawai`i Island, the Military plans to acquire a landmass the size of Kaho`olawe. We need your presence and your voice to show the Court system and the Military that we refuse to allow the Strykers to add to the continued desecration of our `āina, and that we will hold them accountable. Let us come together for Hawai`i’s future.

All proceeds from sales of yellow kuleana shirts pay for this case’s legal fees.
