Truly grassroots

Under the title "Grassroot Institute seeks additional chances to avoid Native Hawaiian protestors" Doug White notes Grassroots Institute's response (he links so I don't have to) to the protest held outside their office last week (after reading Ikaika's report about it posted here).
A week ago, after the solicitation for clients to challenge Kamehameha Schools’ admissions policy was revealed, a group of Native Hawaiians gathered outside the office of the Grassroot Institute for an informational picket. The GIH staff left the building, or, in their words, “chose not to accomodate” the protestors. Now, the Grassroot Institute hopes for a repeat of the occasion.

Ironically, the Grassroot Institute derisively describes a truly grassroots event as rude, ineffectual and even counterproductive. Go figure.

Heh. Who said the righties don't have a sense of irony?

Eric Ryan has posted a couple comments that folks might want to respond to. Update: And Ken Conklin. Oh those poor, abused little protectors of everything right and just, standing up against the "Evil Empire." Puke.
