Well, its about time somebody told me that I am “residing lawfully in the Hawaiian Islands.” Now my naturalized great grandpa (1885) and my grandmother born on the soil of the Hawaiian Kingdom in 1880 can rest in peace.
What next?
By which set of laws? Hawaiian Kingdom laws are still extant. US laws are imposed and illegally sanctioned. Are Hawaiians a legal entity, or not? Aue.
So the illegal government recognizes the legal subjects? Awesome. Now what?
If this passes then our people can re-organize and perpetuate our birthright without being harassed.
I am sort of encouraged by this development…I confess I don’t understand all the legal ramifications fully yet. International law, US law as the occupier, and HK law. It does however, present in my way of thinking a marvelous coup for the Hawaiian Kingdom, her subjects, and those who love her. If the Fake State recognizes HK Nationals and then when the nationals without needing permission enact Hawaiian Kingdom Law and Constitution; that has never been broken in time, as it were. I for one can approach the Kingdom and petition to be naturalized? Pay my $5? Is the Doctrine of Estopple over in some way…to the Kingdom’s benefit? Believe me, as a confessed Hawaiian of British descent, I plan to push this advantage if I can.
