to not waste anybody’s time i would suggest watching from the 45 minute point on til Boyle is done speaking.

This video, and a big Mahalo for posting it, was fraught with emotion for me as the viewer. I was impressed with Professor Boyle as he had 3 points (I really didn’t count) and he just pounded them home. And I believe for his presentation he wasn’t wanting to ostracize anyone who lives here Kanaka Maoli or not. I did have in my mind the blood quantum thing rolling around for the Vote of 135,000. Then came the other speakers, and was it my imagination but they seemed uncomfortable or agitated in that the questions they had to answer were from OHA and they said that it was so several times. I think they were pretty sharp and realized that the continued Kingdom posed a question to their presentations. Lastly, the Indian and Indigenous Peoples presentations, Mahalo to them; that was realistic…and clearly not wonderful for the tribes. It seemed to be catch as catch can for much of Indian Nations under their Governors/Supreme Court/Congress whew! there were a lot of them. It was a downer on several levels that part of the presentation…and OHA at arms length??? I was under the impression too, that the Acknowledgement of the continued existence of the Kingdom of Hawai’i and the lively discussion would be on the video too….perhaps, it’s another vid and I’ll look for it. Cheers!
