Aloha Kakou.
Reviewing media comments island-wide there appears to be a void in Hawaiian history as told by Hawaiian Nationals, American residents cannot be blamed for apathy the facts are not readily publicly available at this time. There are numerous people defending the Independence cause without a Master Plan. Consider momentarily the heaiu and loko 'ia constructed by the ancestors, they had a very clear vision of how to achieve the objective, work and tasks were delegated appropriately. If there was internal bickering and division a project could not be completed no ka mea nakeke ka ua i ka lau o ka niu.
As a viewpoint the various Sovereignty groups must unite insofar as feasible, a Master Plan must be developed with clear guidelines. A new Independence Sovereignty Model should be addressed for the future, resident American citizens are wary of Independence there appears to be nowhere to direct them for answers, a website devoted to prospective Independence would be beneficial in order to address their concerns.

I think we need more people that are educated in the mythology of Hawaii and it's wrongful control from the United States to be taught to the part and full Hawaiians in Hawaii. Keanu, keep up the good work cause we need to be further educated on what the U.S. did to our Queen and to our Nation.

Yes it is a possibilty. In fact it is an inevitability. And the tipping point has been reached.
We will end this occupation and make right the century of wrongs. Long live a Free Hawai'i!

Aloha Kakou.
Good luck to all attendees at the conference this coming Saturday. Just a quick two cents unsolicited input:
(1). There appears to be no Master Plan in relation to future de-colonization as to how it would affect resident U.S. Citizens. Only Poka Laenui (Hayden Burgess) appears to have provided some tantalizing clues as to what Independence would entail. Americans are asking very reasonable questions e.g. What will happen if the U.S. military withdraws and thousands of dockyard workers are laid off at Pearl Harbor? Who will provide social and emergency services under Independence? How will Independence affect my medi-care, pension, business, and land? There appears to be no website currently available on the internet to answer these pedestrian reoccurring questions. The Leadership is failing their own supporters by not making provision for the obvious.
(2). How can Hawaiian Nationals be incorporated into supporting Independence instead of remaining apathetic on the sidelines?
(3). At present much of the Independence cause appears ethnocentric can it become more inclusive to include American residents?
-Answers are not sought here, but hopefully they can be considered for discussion at the gathering on Saturday.
Good luck to you all in your worthy endeavors. -Onipa'a.

Clear, concise and categorically undeniable, Dr. Sai's videos are the tipping point in our fight for our
freedom and rights. The US will soon be unable to sustain its Imperialistic foreign policies, its bases
worldwide, and especially in Hawai'i, will soon be closed (witness Okinawa), and its misspent trillions
will soon have this military power crawling in the waste of its consumption. I look forward to the day
Hawai'i leads to the way to righteous governance and reverance for life. Mahalo Dr. Sail

"...various government entities that strive for a Hawaiian government that is for the Hawaiians and administered by the Hawaiians"
Aloha,
Is this an effort to bypass the Hawaiian Kingdom? Or rather, to create an agreed upon Government that is not the Hawaiian Kingdom? Like but not like the Governing Entity that the USA is proposing in the Akaka Bill? I'm confused; and where does it leave non-kanaka oiwi? Hey, and I do believe the blood quantum thing is pretty evil as to who is an aboriginal & who is hapa. or less-they are all one to me rejecting the divide and conquer strategy it is, i.e., the BQ- I can surmise that this is an initial gathering movement, but the Hawaiians have a government in the Constitution(s) of the Hawaiian Kingdom...some help here? Mahalo

Aloha,

Please provide a map, address or directions to this event's location since "Maui Botanical Garden" is vague.
Is this the Maui Nui Botanical Garden on Kanoloa Ave, for example? If so, where is the amphitheater?
